I miss India. I miss its pulse. I miss its vibe. Living it vicariously through Facebook doesn’t do much for the senses. I wanted to run away from that maddening pace, and run I did. But I also ended up running away from people. So many people. From the Himalayas. I never thought I’d miss those mountains so much. From revelling in the celebration of a festival every other month. From the colour. From the food. From Hindi. From all that comfort.
